"Contractors are renowned for being unreliable, flaky, and oftentimes unprofessional... not HD Drywall, not even close. We had two holes in our ceiling from an upper floor shower leak. I called multiple drywall contractors many of whom didn't answer or get back to me. HD called me back within an hour and I was on their books for the following week. We've got knockdown so I was concerned about blending (as I've seen other ceiling jobs that are an eyesore). HD assured me that I wouldn't even know the holes were ever there, and he wasn't kidding - see photos for before and after. I haven't even painted the area, and I probably won't, because you can't tell there was ever an issue. He showed up on time, cleaned up after himself, was extremely respectful of our home (took his shoes off without being asked), and was flexible with our schedule. I'll never use anyone else for drywall."
